Cold email systems for founders and CEOs

I find your buyers. You close them.

A cold email system built for your business, run by the person who built it. No account managers, no junior handoffs, no black box. The system stays yours whether or not we keep working together.

30 minutes, straight answers. If cold email is wrong for your business, you'll hear it on the call, not after three months of invoices.

15+systems built, 9 years

Your main domain never sends a single cold email. Campaigns run from separate domains I register and warm up, in accounts you own. If one takes damage it's isolated and replaceable. Your real domain stays clean.
The problem

You didn't start a company to chase leads.

But that's where the week goes. If this sounds familiar, it's who I built this for.

Your time

Outbound eats your calendar

You're the founder, the closer, and somehow the person tweaking campaigns at 11pm. Every hour upstream is stolen from deals only you can close.

Your pipeline

Feast or famine

Drowning one month, dry the next. Referrals are great until they aren't. Without a system feeding pipeline every week, revenue stays a guess.

Your last agency

They handed you homework

"Approve this. Send us that. Join our weekly call." You hired help and got a second job managing it.

Let's be direct

Most founders are excellent at their business and average at marketing it. The fix isn't working harder on outbound. It's getting it off your desk, built by someone who owns the whole thing.

Who you're working with

The "I" in every sentence on this page.

Troi Y., the pypeline guy
Troi “the pypeline guy” Y.
I build it. I run it.
Philippines · US hours

I run my own local businesses. That's the part most outbound people can't say. I know what a slow month feels like from the owner's seat, which is why I won't sell you a channel that can't carry your offer.

I didn't come to cold email from marketing school. I started as a virtual assistant in 2016 and followed the email work into marketing, then business development, where I owned client acquisition and the systems feeding it. Independent full time since 2022. Based in the Philippines, working US hours, so I'm awake when you and your buyers are.

Nine years in, the thing I trust least is a playbook. Deliverability rules change, tools get better or worse, lists that converted last year go cold. I keep what survives and throw out the rest. That's what gets built into your system.

Why I say no

I work with 3 clients at a time. That's the whole model.

3max
clients at any one time

By design, not scarcity marketing

I stay hands-on from the first audit to the day I hand the system over. That only works if I cap how many businesses I take on.

I also turn down work that won't succeed, before you spend a dollar. A client I can't deliver for is a wasted 90 days for both of us.

  • NODeal sizes too small for cold email to ever pay for itself
  • NOOffers I can't explain to your buyer in one sentence
  • NOBusinesses that can't handle the leads they're asking for
  • NOAnyone who needs results inside 30 days to survive
What I run, and who does what

One channel, built properly. You just close.

I don't run ads, SEO or social. One thing at full depth beats five at half depth.

FLAGSHIP

Personalized cold email systems

Not blasts. Infrastructure built for deliverability, leads verified before they touch a sending domain, copy written for a specific buyer, and a CRM so an interested reply never goes untouched. Built once, documented, handed over.

01. What I handle

Everything upstream

Infrastructure, targeting, copy, campaigns, CRM, reporting. If it happens before a qualified lead reaches you, it's mine.

02. What reaches you

Only the good news

Qualified leads and booked meetings, plus a clean report of what ran and what it produced. No homework attached.

03. What I need from you

Decisions. That's it.

Approve the plan, define your win, take the meetings. You keep every decision that matters and none of the work that doesn't need you.

The process

From first hello to a running system.

A straight line, no surprises.

01
~10 minutes, after you book

A few quick questions

Once your call is booked I send a few questions, so I walk in already understanding your business. Nothing to fill out before you grab a time.

02
30 minutes, with me directly

The fit call

One question matters: would your offer actually sell through cold email? If not, you hear it here.

03
~30 minutes, the deep dive

I study your market

Your buyers, your offer, your proof, your sales process. It ends with an agreed definition of what counts as a win.

04
Build phase

The system gets built

Infrastructure, lead sourcing, copy and CRM, all tested before running at full volume. Most case files took 1 to 3 months to reach steady state.

05
Ongoing

You receive. I stay on.

Leads and reporting land in your inbox. I train your team to run day-to-day and stay on as backend support.

The part most agencies skip

Every system I build is documented as I go and handed over. If we part ways you keep a working, written-down pipeline, not a black box that dies with the contract.

Most agencies keep the machine so you have to keep paying. Confidence in the work is the only lock-in I want.

What it costs

No packages to decode. Three numbers.

Where you land depends on how much has to be built from scratch and how aggressive the target is. You'll know your exact figures before signing.

01 · One time
$3,000–$8,000
to build the system, by scope
Infrastructure, sending domains, warm-up, lead sourcing, campaign copy, CRM and automation. The heavy work, done once.
02 · Monthly
$1,500–$2,500
while I run it for you
Campaigns live, lists refreshed, copy tested, replies routed, reporting in your inbox. You just take the meetings.
03 · After handover
$500–$1,000
monthly backend support
Once your team runs day-to-day the fee drops. I stay on for deliverability and anything that breaks.

Tools and lead data are billed separately, in accounts you own. Usually a few hundred a month. I don't mark it up and I don't hold it, so if we part ways your domains, data and history stay with you.

Straight answers

Questions founders actually ask.

What does it cost?

A one-time build fee of $3,000 to $8,000 depending on scope, then $1,500 to $2,500 per month while I run it. Once your team takes over day-to-day it drops to $500 to $1,000 a month for backend support.

Tools and lead data are billed separately in accounts you own, unmarked-up. Full breakdown in the pricing section above.

Will you send from my main domain?

No. Never. Your primary domain carries your customers, invoices and live deals. It isn't worth risking for outbound. I register separate sending domains, close variations of your brand, warm them up properly, and run every campaign from those. If one takes reputation damage it's isolated and replaceable.

Those domains sit in accounts you own, alongside the tools and data. If we part ways, they go with you.

Is cold email actually legal?

Yes, when it's done properly, and doing it properly is part of the build. B2B outbound is permitted under CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada provided the message identifies the sender, includes a real physical address, and honours opt-outs immediately. Every campaign does all three.

Europe is stricter. GDPR needs a documented legitimate interest basis and tighter targeting, so EU campaigns are built to a different standard. We'll cover what that means for your buyers during the deep dive. I'm not a lawyer, so if you have counsel, loop them in and I'll answer whatever they ask.

How long before I see the first leads?

Domains need real warm-up, so nothing sends at full speed in week one. Expect a few weeks to build, first replies shortly after campaigns go live, and steady state between one and three months depending on your market.

One case file took a full 60 days before results showed up. That's why I turn down anyone who needs revenue inside 30 days to survive. If that's you, cold email is the wrong tool and I'll say so on the call.

Who pays for tools and lead data?

You do, in accounts you own. That's not me being cheap, it's you being protected. If we ever part ways, your accounts, data, and history stay yours.

What counts as a "qualified" lead?

Whatever we agree it is, in writing, before the campaign starts. We define it together during the deep dive, and I count against that definition and nothing else.

What if it doesn't work?

We count honestly, together. If the signal genuinely isn't there, you still keep the documented system and everything built.

How involved do I actually have to be?

Three touchpoints: the fit call, the deep dive, approving the plan. After that you receive leads and a report. You do have to take the meetings I book.

Why only 3 clients at a time?

Because I build and run every system personally. More than three and I'd stop being hands-on, which is the whole point of hiring me instead of an agency.
